The ship is also one of the most technologically advanced river cruise ships in the world. Victoria Anna is the first Victoria Cruises’ vessel to feature two separate kitchens and an à la carte dining room with western menus introduced by Chef Walter Staib. The five-star cruise line introduced its Executive Deck program and its goal–in addition to providing a refreshing new look and enhanced amenities such as concierge service–is a major leap forward for its culinary program. The Dynasty Dining Room offers the most seating, while the upper deck VIP Club restaurant offers á la carte dining, as well as omelet & egg stations for breakfast, noodle and sandwiching stations for lunch, and Carving and Peking Duck stations for lunch or dinner (varies by day).
